England meet Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Saturday 21 November in the first T20I of their series, with first ball at 08:15 UK time. The match opens the T20I leg of England's visit, following three ODIs in Perth, Adelaide and Hobart earlier in the month.

Before this tour, the sides' five most recent meetings were all Tests, and Australia won that 2025–26 series 4–1, with England's only win coming by four wickets in December.
